The ShortStak is not a standalone box and does not include BlackPak Pro and tackle boxes. It attaches to the top (not bottom) of a BlackPak Pro and is optimized for easy access items. The hinged body with secure latches and rubberized lid bumpers ensures lightweight construction. The ShortStak requires components from a 13x16 BlackPak Pro and only one ShortStak is recommended to be mounted on a BlackPak Pro. It includes the GridLoc Mounting Platform located on every panel, stainless steel hardware, and is built for use in harsh marine conditions. Additionally, it comes with a Built for Life Guarantee.

Following the release of the reimagined BlackPak Pro, our design team began working on solutions to increase the usable space, inside and outside, of the BlackPak Pro. The resulting product, the ShortStak Upgrade Kit, is designed to fit all three BlackPak Pro models and is intended to increase the usable gear space both inside and outside. It is a stackable box that replaces the lid of a new or existing BlackPak Pro, giving you a second layer of storage for quick access go-to items. Please note, this is not a stand-alone box and requires the use of a BlackPak Pro.

The ShortStak Upgrade Kit shares the same GridLoc 2D mount platform as the BlackPak Pro, enabling inside and outside accessory attachment to panels. It includes various accessories like GridLoc MightyMounts, Through Hull Wiring Kits, TracPaks, and more. The upgrade kit comes with four side panels, one bottom panel, four rubber bumpers, hinges, catches, latches, and straps, along with all the stainless steel hardware needed for assembly. However, the lid is not included.

This kit is built for harsh marine conditions, made in the USA with a built-for-life guarantee. It is lightweight, weighing 3.4 lbs, and measures 11.9” x 11.9” x 4.25” internally and 12.94” x 12.94” x 5.25” externally.
