YakAttack GridLoc MightyMount XL 9 Black - MMGLXL-09

The MMGLXL-09 is a black YakAttack GridLoc MightyMount XL that comes with hardware included. The design of the GridLoc MightyMount XL is intended for longer footprint areas, offering a robust and affordable mount. This injection molded mount is compatible with all YakAttack track-mounted accessories and functions similarly to a GearTrac. It allows for t-bolt accessories to be installed from either end, with a simple twist for quick and easy position adjustment. However, a few extra turns are required to remove the accessory, providing the same gear security features as the original YakAttack MightyMount. Additionally, the GridLoc MightyMount XL offers all the adjustability of the GearTrac.

The textured upper surface of the GridLoc MightyMount XL adds grip, making it one of the best-looking accessory mounts available on the market. For LockNLoad accessories such as the Omega or Zooka II Rod Holder, cutouts on the outer edges of the GridLoc MightyMount XL were added to accommodate the TrackTeeth located on the underside of the LockNLoad track mounts. This prevents attachments from sliding along the track, adding even more security to the mounting system.

Designed around the GridLoc Mounting platform featured on the BlackPak Pro, the GridLoc MightyMount XL replaces the original MightyMount XL. Its overall length remains the same at 6", 9", and 12", but the hole pattern has been updated and is different. The hole spacing on the GridLoc MightyMount XL is 1.5" x 1.5". For installation on the BlackPak Pro, a Phillips screwdriver and the included stainless steel screws are required. Additionally, a 1/8" drill bit is needed for installations on rotomolded and thermoformed kayaks.
